With the ability to implement professional deliverables with analytically reporting systems at the roles of PMO, Client, contractor and consultant.

Responsibilities:
During Initiating and planning Stages:
- Preparing master project/program schedule.
- Preparing the construction stage templates and procedures.

During Implementation Stage:
- Follow up project activities.
- Arrange and fix issues to keep the project on the target date with the estimated budget·
- Review and check the invoices submitted from other parties.
- Loading/reviewing the resources of the project according to the project and the company strategies.
- Evaluating the offers from other parties.
- Participating in the meetings and evaluating the best choices for the project to be done efficiently.
- Preparing/reviewing any type of schedules for the projects·
- Preparing/reviewing cash flow, KPI charts and manpower histograms for the project.
- Preparing/reviewing updates and look ahead schedule, S-Curves showing actual progress.
- Preparing/reviewing projects progress reports.
- Preparing/reviewing full project control system.
- Reviewing and analyzing contractors/subcontractors schedules and submission logs/reports.
- Monitoring and recording project issues regarding contractual clauses·
- Analyzing the revised/update/recovery programmes and reasons for changes·
- Preparing/reviewing fragnet schedules for delay analysis process.
- Supporting the client with the incoming Claimant correspondence with the capability if preparing/reviewing and approving responses and outgoing correspondence to Claimant.
- Reviewing contractual variations before submitting to management approval.
- Preparing/reviewing expert claim report.
- Preparing/reviewing claims relating to EOT, Delay and Disruption, and Defective Performance.
- Assessing potential time impacts of variations.
- Suggesting proactive recommendations to overcome project issues.
- Assisting in supply chain process.

During Close-Out Stage:
- Coordinating and reviewing Close-Out deliverables with the adequate Procedures including manuals, warranties, and As-built drawings.
- Preparing lessons learned reports.
