✅ Revised schedule & recovery schedule ✅

One of the important tasks of the planning engineer

📌 The most important questions 📌

📌 At what stages of the project do we do this step?
In the stage of execution, monitoring & controlling
These are the third and fourth phases of the five phases of the project

📌 When do you resort to this stage?
You will resort to this stage when any of the following occurs
- Get your project any slippage or deviation in the expected project completion dates
- Any addition that has occurred or will happen to the Scope of the project
-Any omission, deletion, or removal of part of the project scope
-Any change in the project will affect the validity of the schedule
- And other reasons

📌 What steps do you follow in this stage of schedules?
The new schedule will be presented and approved
Then this table becomes the new approved Baseline that we will work on

📌 What is the difference between Revised and recovery?
First the recovery
It is a schedule or time program that is made when a deviation occurs at the end of the project to return the project to the previous date of the deviation
It can be applied using this technique

Secondly the revised
It is a schedule or time program that is made when a change - or deviation - occurs at the end of the project for the previous reasons, and the project cannot be returned to its previous date.

In this case, we resort to making a new schedule or schedule for approval, and it becomes the main schedule used in the project with new dates
